Qujiang Housing and Construction Bureau Visits the Group to Inspect Urban and Rural Sewage Treatment Work

On the morning of September 2, Lü Xinqi, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Qujiang District, Quzhou City, led relevant officials from the Construction Bureau and the Drainage Company on a special study visit to the Group, focusing on the long-term operation and maintenance system for urban and rural domestic sewage treatment and its digital-intelligent transformation. Feng Liangfeng, Secretary of the Group's Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager, accompanied the visit.

The delegation toured the Group's Integrated Command Center, with a particular focus on the introduction to the construction and operation of the digital-intelligent operation and maintenance platform for urban and rural domestic sewage. As a key vehicle for Keqiao District in deepening the digital transformation of urban and rural sewage treatment, the platform integrates intelligent monitoring, intelligent operation, and intelligent operation and maintenance. It is an effective safeguard for real-time monitoring of sewage treatment data, timely fault warning, and precise dispatching of operation and maintenance. The delegation spoke highly of Keqiao District's model for urban and rural domestic sewage treatment. Both sides stated that they would take this exchange as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and cooperation, learn from each other, and jointly improve the quality and efficiency of urban and rural domestic sewage treatment.

It is reported that, to further advance digital-intelligent construction and build a digital-intelligent operation and maintenance management system for water supply and drainage covering the entire region, the Group launched the construction of the intelligent management system for the Command Center in April this year. It covers multiple sections including the Group's 96390 water utility hotline, the sewage transport dispatching center, the intelligent control center for urban and rural domestic sewage operation and maintenance management, and the data center, fully undertaking core functions such as unified duty and dispatching, region-wide situation monitoring, full-process closed-loop management of emergency response, early warning, prediction and proactive handling, as well as incident review and statistical analysis. As the hub of the Group's intelligent operations, the Command Center will fully leverage its role in overall coordination, dispatching and decision-making support, providing more efficient and reliable intelligent safeguards for water environment treatment and urban drainage safety in Keqiao District.
