Provincial Training on Operation and Maintenance of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Held at the Group

On September 11, the offline training for rural domestic sewage treatment managers of operation and maintenance enterprises across the province, hosted by the Zhejiang Provincial Research Association for Village and Town Construction and Development, was successfully held at Keqiao Water Group. More than 100 participants gathered, including heads of relevant business departments in charge of rural domestic sewage from across the province, heads of operation and maintenance enterprises, and operation and maintenance management personnel, to jointly discuss pathways for improving the operation and maintenance management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities. Zhang Chongbo, Deputy Director of the Village and Town Construction Division of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, attended and delivered a speech, accompanied by Group Deputy General Manager Hu Xiaofeng.
The training adopted a combination of "theoretical lectures + on-site observation," with rich content and a practical format. The morning session officially began on the fourth floor of the Environmental Construction Company's intelligent control center, featuring four themed lectures covering topics such as improving the quality and efficiency of rural sewage operation and maintenance and key points of daily operation and maintenance safety during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, further exploration and practice of rural domestic sewage treatment, and full-process technical service cases in rural sewage operation and maintenance. The lectures focused on analyzing safety hazards easily overlooked in daily operation and maintenance and corresponding preventive measures, and shared cutting-edge research achievements and frontline practical implementations, helping participants more intuitively understand the empowering role of digital technology in rural sewage operation and maintenance and broadening their work perspectives.
In the afternoon, participants visited the Keqiao Water Command Center, where staff explained the operating logic and application functions of the urban-rural domestic sewage digital-intelligent operation and maintenance platform. The platform integrates multi-source information including facility basic data, real-time monitoring data, operation and maintenance work order management, video surveillance, and drone inspections, achieving an intelligent management model of "one screen for overall view, one network for unified management." On-site staff also gave a detailed introduction to the quality improvement and upgrading work for sludge disposal from rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Keqiao District, and demonstrated the full process of drone inspection of integrated urban-rural sewage facilities, giving participants a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the digital transformation of rural sewage treatment.
Next, the Group will take this opportunity to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with peers across the province, continue to deepen its expertise in the operation and maintenance of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities, push the standardization, refinement, and intelligentization of operation and maintenance management to a new level, and contribute greater strength to improving the quality and efficiency of rural domestic sewage treatment across the province.
