On September 13, the Group's subsidiary Environmental Technology Company successfully passed the on-site qualification review for the water quality zebrafish egg acute toxicity testing project, organized by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, becoming the first professional institution in the province's water industry with testing capability for this project, laying a solid foundation for the official approval of its CMA qualification.
The newly added water quality zebrafish egg acute toxicity testing project is a newly added mandatory comprehensive toxicity characterization indicator in the "Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Textile Industry" (GB4287—2026), which was officially implemented on September 1 this year. While the new standard was still under review and discussion, no testing institution in the province's water industry had CMA qualification for this project. To match the rigid testing demand of Keqiao as a national textile industry cluster, the Environmental Technology Company promptly formulated a special capacity-building plan, advancing on four fronts simultaneously—technical breakthroughs, laboratory renovation, personnel training, and qualification application—to seize the window of opportunity, boldly acting as the industry's "trailblazer." It ultimately passed the provincial on-site review in the very first month of the new standard's official implementation, achieving a "breakthrough from zero" among testing institutions in the province's water industry and leading the way among testing institutions at the district and county level across the province.
Next, the Environmental Technology Company will take this review approval as a new starting point, focus on the national strategy for managing new pollutants and the core challenges of regional water environment governance, continue to intensify research on forward-looking environmental monitoring technologies, break through common industry testing technology bottlenecks, and contribute its robust testing capabilities to the continuous improvement of regional ecological environment quality.
