Tianjin Daily Reports on Baili Electric's Two Industry Practice Guides

On September 18, Tianjin Daily published a report titled Baili Electric Releases Two Industry Practice Guides, covering the release by Tianjin Bailitejing Electric Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Baili Equipment Group, of the Planning Guide for Zero-Carbon Park Development Pathways and the Public Institution Carbon Reduction Scheme Guide at the 2026 Green and Low-Carbon Expo.

Pan Gaofeng, deputy general manager of Baili Electric, told reporters that while many parks and public institutions are strongly motivated to pursue dual carbon goals, they often face practical difficulties in implementation, such as how to select technologies, how to calculate input-output returns and how to define operating models. To address these challenges, Baili Electric compiled its frontline research and project experience into two actionable and referenceable industry guides.

The Planning Guide for Zero-Carbon Park Development Pathways builds an overall implementation system for zero-carbon parks, offering customized construction recommendations by region and type and explaining core issues such as economic returns, operating models and application procedures. The Public Institution Carbon Reduction Scheme Guide targets government bodies, hospitals and schools, setting out tailored implementation rules and focusing on the two key challenges of funding and carbon, providing financing channels, operational pathways and steps for achieving carbon peaking targets.
