The whole set of equipment is highly integrated, with a compact and tidy structure, small footprint, and intuitive, simple operation. The unit is equipped with a variable-frequency screw feeder, a water-curtain anti-caking premix system, and a PLC-linked automatic control system, fully automatically completing the entire process of dry powder dosing, premix wetting, dispersion and dissolution, thorough maturation, and constant-pressure dosing. Relying on tank liquid level signals for intelligent interlocking operation, water inlet automatically opens at low level, precisely matching dry powder dosing amount to water flow, stably preparing a standard solution of 1~3g/L; at high level, water inlet and feeding automatically stop, maintaining continuous system operation and preventing chemical sedimentation and stratification, achieving fully automatic unattended operation.
