Abstract: In the chemical, environmental protection, food, and fine processing industries, the conveying of high-viscosity media, solid-laden materials, and hygienic filling has always been a challenge in fluid equipment selection. To address the above industry pain points, the Liko Pump RT Series rotary lobe pump, based on the positive displacement conveying principle and combined with modular customized design, offers flexible adaptation across all dimensions—rotor type, pump head structure, and drive control—balancing versatility and specialization to easily handle complex fluid conveying conditions.
The Liko RT rotary lobe pump has a complete model matrix from RT006 to RT830, with a flow range of 1m³/h~100m³/h, a maximum pressure of up to 1.5MPa, and compatibility with media of 1~1,000,000 Cp viscosity.
The rotational speed can be adjusted in the range of 20~1000Rpm: low speed is used for high-viscosity materials, while speed can be increased for low-viscosity media to improve efficiency; flow is proportional to speed and inversely proportional to pressure, facilitating on-site process commissioning. Inlet and outlet connections support multiple forms such as clamp and flange, with DN25~DN150 full bore options, allowing direct connection to site piping and reducing modification costs.
