Guanghua Instruments Visits Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment for Learning and Exchange
On June 3–4, 2026, Shanghai Guanghua Instrument Co., Ltd. organized the heads of its Digitalization Group, Production Department, Quality Department, Marketing Department, and other departments to visit Harbin Electric Group (Qinhuangdao) Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment") to learn from and exchange views on Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment's advanced experience in enterprise digitalization, nuclear quality assurance system construction, and nuclear safety culture promotion. Mr. Zhu Qingshan, Manager of the Technology and Digitalization Department of Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment, together with his team, warmly received the Guanghua Instrument delegation and accompanied them throughout the visit.
During the reception, Guanghua Instrument briefly introduced its company profile and focused on the main topic of the exchange: as an instrument manufacturer with more than ninety years of history, how Guanghua Instrument can effectively carry out the digital upgrade and transformation of enterprise production and management in this era of surging digitalization, and advance toward the general direction of intelligent manufacturing in a planned and strategic manner; at the same time, it also hoped to gain a deeper understanding of how digitalization can be integrated with the nuclear quality assurance system and the building of nuclear safety culture. During the exchange, Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment not only provided targeted answers and patient explanations on dozens of large and small topics in the three key areas of concern to Guanghua Instrument, but also gave a detailed introduction to Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment's development history in digital intelligence, the overall architecture of its enterprise digital operations, typical digital application scenarios, and how nuclear power industry-chain-level quality data can be coordinated and connected with regulatory and partner institutions. Moreover, within the limited time available, they not only concisely shared valuable experience and core recommendations, but also led the attendees to experience the digital production process on site and toured Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment's Smart Control and Visualized Dispatch Center.
This study visit to Harbin Electric Heavy Equipment provided a very valuable lesson for Guanghua Instrument, which is currently undergoing digital transformation, and all participating members said they gained a great deal.
