Fuzhou Uni-President Enterprise Installs New Laboratory Ultrapure Water System
Recently, E-Chem water treatment equipment successfully completed the equipment upgrade deployment for the Fuzhou Uni-President Enterprise laboratory, successfully installing and commissioning the Advanced series laboratory ultrapure water system, which is now officially in operation. It provides high-standard purified water support for the enterprise's core experimental scenarios such as food testing, product R&D, and quality control, helping the enterprise strengthen its product quality defense line.
As a well-known enterprise in the food industry, Fuzhou Uni-President Enterprise has always adhered to stringent quality standards. Laboratory water purity is a fundamental condition for food composition testing, sample analysis, and experimental R&D, directly affecting the accuracy of testing data and product quality control. To further improve laboratory testing precision and optimize R&D experimental conditions, after multiple rounds of screening and comparison, the enterprise ultimately selected the E-Chem Advanced series laboratory ultrapure water system to complete the equipment upgrade.
The E-Chem Advanced series ultrapure water system deployed this time is the brand's high-end flagship model, equipped with the independently developed ELITE purification technology and a five-stage deep purification process. It can stably produce Grade 1 ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.25 MΩ·cm, with TOC content stably controlled within 5 ppb, fully complying with the national standard GB/T6682-2008 as well as international purified water standards such as ASTM and EP, and adapting to the needs of various precision experimental tests in the food industry. The equipment is capable of 30 days of uninterrupted stable operation with minimal water quality fluctuation, effectively avoiding experimental data errors caused by water quality deviations.
Meanwhile, the equipment offers both energy-saving and intelligent advantages. Its ultra-low energy consumption design greatly reduces operating costs, and the fully automatic control system supports functions such as self-check at startup, water shortage protection, and automatic shutdown when the tank is full, requiring no dedicated operator and offering convenient operation and efficient maintenance. Its compact benchtop design fits laboratory space layouts, balancing practicality and aesthetics.
The successful installation of this equipment marks another upgrade of Fuzhou Uni-President Enterprise's laboratory hardware facilities and quality inspection system. In the future, E-Chem will continue to use high-quality water treatment equipment and a comprehensive after-sales system to help food enterprises deepen quality innovation, empowering precise testing and standardized production in the industry.
The Advanced series ultrapure water system applies the ELITE water treatment technology painstakingly developed by the E-Chem technical team. The new-generation system retains the advantages of the previous generation, with upgraded stability and smoothness, and human-machine interaction makes operation simple and intelligent. The interior has undergone optimization of numerous module details and upgrades to multiple system modules; under the same water quality standards, the consumables' service life is 20% longer than the previous generation.
The Advanced series uses municipal tap water/groundwater as its water source and has a built-in ultrapure water circulation program, capable of quickly producing ultrapure water and purified water that meet laboratory needs. Water production of 4–40 liters/hour is available, and the ultrapure water resistivity can reach 18.25 MΩ·cm, meeting the Grade 1 water quality standards set by GB/T6682-2008, GB/T33087-2016, ASTM, CAP, CLSI, EP, and USP.
"E-Chem" is the company's own brand and a professional manufacturer of pure water treatment equipment. Its products have obtained ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and EU CE certification, comply with GMP regulations and GLP standards, and have obtained more than 70 national right certificates.
