Chuanjinnuo Signs 350 Million Yuan Solid Waste Treatment Project Agreement

On February 18, Chuanjinnuo (300505) announced that it had recently signed a Project Investment Agreement with the Dongchuan District People's Government of Kunming City. This investment aims to respond to Yunnan Province's policies on general industrial solid waste treatment, meet the solid waste disposal needs of industrial enterprises in Dongchuan, and promote high-quality local economic development. Under the agreement, the company will build the Heliwan Industrial Waste Residue Centralized Disposal Project in the Sifangdi area of Dongchuan District, with a total project investment of approximately RMB 350 million.

The project construction includes multiple environmental protection facilities such as a debris interception dam, liquid collection pools, and anti-seepage facilities. This investment does not constitute a related-party transaction and does not require review and approval by the shareholders' meeting. Implementation of the project will help the company solve the space problem for waste residue treatment, meet environmental protection requirements, and improve the efficiency of comprehensive resource utilization. In addition, the successful implementation of the project is expected to bring sustainable development opportunities to the company while making a positive contribution to the economic development of Dongchuan District.
