From November 11 to 12, Longhua Technology Group held its 2026 Third Quarter Work Conference in Luoyang. Centered on "systematically summarizing business performance in the first three quarters, focusing on deploying Q4 business targets, and sprinting with full effort toward annual goals," the conference unified thinking and consolidated responsibilities, comprehensively reviewed the operations of each industrial company over the first three quarters, deeply analyzed the current business situation and prominent issues, and coordinated the deployment of Q4 key tasks. Group executives, heads of functional departments, and management team members of each industrial company attended the conference.

On the first day of the conference, each company reported its business achievements for the first three quarters in turn based on the results of internal meetings and discussions. Against the achievement of business targets in the first three quarters, each company systematically summarized problems and shortcomings, deeply analyzed root causes, proposed targeted improvement measures, and focused on Q4 and annual business goals by breaking down customers, contracts, and month-by-month timelines supporting goal achievement, clarifying measures and responsible persons. In their reports, companies showcased achievements and presented data while also frankly addressing gaps and discussing countermeasures, demonstrating determination and commitment to face challenges and overcome difficulties. Group leaders commented one by one, requiring each company to further clarify development ideas, firmly focus on annual goals without wavering, break down Q4 targets item by item, advance them month by month, assign responsibility to individuals, and ensure that all work is implemented and delivers real results.

On October 12, each company reported on September performance and Q4 work plans and made commitment statements. The International Business Division and functional departments reported on their performance and empowerment work in the first three quarters, clarifying key work and planned measures for the fourth quarter.

Group leaders noted in their remarks that the Group's overall business situation remains severe. Each company must further clarify development ideas, not only going all out to "protect markets, protect deliveries, and protect profits," but also focusing on "strengthening internal capabilities," making enhancing synergistic efficiency and accelerating technology industrialization core tasks. Safety in production must be strictly maintained without relaxation, strategic talent recruitment and key customer relationship management must be vigorously strengthened, so as to build momentum for the Group's long-term development.

In his concluding speech, Group Chairman Li Zhanqiang emphasized that the fourth quarter is a critical stage linking past and future. All personnel must unify thinking, strengthen confidence, overcome all difficulties, and compete in execution with spirit, efficiency, and excellence. He set clear requirements for key work in the next stage:
