Although the facilities vary in age, management standards remain consistent. We address issues at their root, proceeding from actual value, continuously refining site cleanliness standards and optimizing work processes to implement refined management requirements. Both new and old facilities uniformly follow the site principles of "equipment as good as newly installed, foundations reflective, pipelines showing their true color," continuously striving toward a factory where "no leaks, drips, or emissions can be seen, no excessive noise can be heard, and no abnormal odors can be smelled."
The park has built a trinity intelligent inspection system achieving all-around site monitoring: drones conduct patrol inspections of elevated pipe racks and tank farms, ground inspection robots perform meter readings and leak detection, and AI cameras provide timely early warning of equipment anomalies. Meanwhile, leveraging digital tools such as APC (Advanced Process Control), SBC (State-Based Control), and the QPS digital quality inspection system, the facilities are empowered with autonomous detection, improving quality and reducing consumption in the production process, safeguarding excellent manufacturing with digital and intelligent means.
Focusing on low-carbon transformation across the entire industry chain, we steadily advance energy structure optimization. We actively integrate clean energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power, strictly control waste gas in production, carry out precise odor treatment, improve solid waste management, and ensure full life-cycle traceability of hazardous waste, making green practice run through the entire manufacturing chain.
