Weipeige Officially Releases Data Center Liquid Cooling System Solution

On April 23, the company officially released its data center liquid cooling system solution. The launch of this systematic solution marks an important technological extension of WePaiGe from smart water to green computing, and is the result of the company's more than ten years of accumulated expertise in fluid control, precision pressurization, and anti-corrosion flow stabilization technologies.

Headsof the WePaiGe Manufacturing Center, Water Supply Products Business Center, and related teams attended the launch event together.

At the beginning of the launch event, the host explained the historical background of the development of liquid cooling technology to the attending guests:

With the rapid development of AI technology, the computing power demand of intelligent computing centers is growing explosively. Chip power has jumped from 300W to 1000W, and the density of single server racks continues to rise. Traditional air cooling technology has gradually reached its heat dissipation limit. Liquid cooling has become an irreversible technological direction for data centers.

According to IDC (International Data Corporation) research, the global liquid cooling market will grow from USD 2.887 billion in 2025 to USD 36.589 billion in 2034; while China's liquid cooling server market was valued at USD 2.37 billion in 2024, and is expected to reach USD 16.2 billion by 2029, with a compound annual growth rate of 46.8%.

Facing this historic opportunity, the company attaches great importance to the technological transformation in this field. After in-depth analysis, it has decided to enter the liquid cooling sector.

WePaiGe is not without any foundation in the computing field. The company has had years of cooperation with tech giants such as Inspur, Huawei, and Alibaba in industrial internet and smart water data center construction. As early as 2022, WePaiGe supplied liquid cooling related equipment and solutions through Exsen (Suzhou) Heat Transfer Technology Co., Ltd., accumulating valuable project experience. In March this year, WePaiGe held special discussions with Inspur on liquid cooling cooperation, and the company is fully capable of providing Inspur with comprehensive liquid cooling primary-side solutions.

WePaiGe's technological gene migration path is clear and solid: fluid dynamics optimization is applied to high-pressure flow stabilization and low energy consumption in liquid cooling systems; stainless steel anti-corrosion processes are compatible with coolants such as ethylene glycol, fluorinated fluids, and deionized water; intelligent monitoring and early warning enable remote operation and maintenance of liquid cooling pump sets and fault prediction; long-life seal design ensures zero leakage and high reliability of liquid cooling systems.

The head of the pump division of the Manufacturing Center then took the stage to officially release the core products of this launch: the WDS series vertical multistage centrifugal pumps and the WDM series light horizontal multistage pumps.

WDS Series Vertical Multistage Centrifugal Pumps: High Pressure and Large Flow, the First Choice for Data Center Main Circulation

The WDS series adopts a vertical multistage series structure, stainless steel stamping and welding processes, and a direct-connected IE5 high-efficiency motor. Its core advantages are small footprint, high pressure resistance, no leakage, vertical installation friendliness, and a high degree of intelligent integration.
