The 2026 mid-year strategy seminar of Jiangsu Xinchangzheng Group was recently held at the Yixing urban wastewater resource concept plant. Gao Zhiyong, co-general manager of CSD Water Service, delivered a special report on behalf of management, systematically presenting CSD's strategic evolution, thinking for the new stage, technology value creation, organizational activation, business extension and group synergy, and clearly outlining the company's strategic direction and transformation path.

Holding the meeting at the Yixing concept plant sent a clear signal in itself. It is China's first concept plant for wastewater as a resource to fully achieve water quality sustainability, energy self-sufficiency, resource recycling and environmental friendliness. The meeting redefined the value of water and reconsidered CSD's answers for the next stage.

Technology is the core driving force of CSD's new stage. Amid the AI industry wave, CSD positions itself not merely to transform itself with AI, but to become a service provider of new industrial environmental infrastructure. The company is shifting its business from To-G engineering toward To-B high-technology-value services, and is extending its expertise to AI industry ecosystems around underlying needs such as water, energy, heat and resource cycling.
