Mitsubishi Electric Corporation will launch an intra-group job rotation system, "Global Career Passport," in October 2026, providing employees of the Company and its overseas affiliates with opportunities to proactively develop global careers. We will promote the implementation of this system, aiming to achieve 20 successful job matches by fiscal year 2027.
The Group has adopted "growing together with employees and pioneering the future through the power of talent" as the fundamental philosophy of its human capital management, and promotes a talent management model that respects employees' individual career autonomy. In particular, for the Company and its overseas affiliates, we are advancing initiatives for talent allocation, utilization, and development that transcend countries, regions, and locations (a global talent mobility mechanism), striving to realize an environment where employees and the organization grow together by creating new value through collaboration with diverse talent of different values and cultures, and by sharing global knowledge and experience.
Through the newly introduced "Global Career Passport," job posting information from the Company and its overseas affiliates will be shared and disclosed among the participating companies, allowing employees to apply in line with their own career development aspirations. Successful applicants will be hired by the company to which they applied.
By introducing this system, while supporting each employee's autonomous career development and self-realization, we will accelerate the allocation and utilization of talent with globally diverse insights and specialized skills, transforming into an "innovative company" that embraces risk and creates value through innovative thinking.
