Bid Candidates Announced for Drying System Package of the 2×350MW FGD Wastewater Zero-Liquid-Discharge Retrofit EPC Project at Guodian Power Dakai Cogeneration Plant
China Energy's bidding platform (Guoneng e-Bid) published the bid candidate notice for the drying system package of the desulfurization (FGD) wastewater zero-liquid-discharge retrofit EPC project at Guodian Power Dakai Cogeneration Plant's 2×350MW units. Beijing Beike Ouyuan Technology was named first candidate with a bid price of RMB 3.95 million, and Jiangxiang Xie Le Environmental Technology came second at RMB 3.97008 million.
On October 20, China Energy's bidding platform (Guoneng e-Bid) published the candidate notice for the drying system package of the flue gas desulfurization (FGD) wastewater zero-liquid-discharge (ZLD) retrofit EPC project at Guodian Power Dakai Cogeneration Plant's 2×350MW units. The tender section number is CEZB260107961001.
- First candidate: Beijing Beike Ouyuan Technology Co., Ltd., bid price RMB 3.950000 million.
- Second candidate: Jiangsu Xiangle Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., bid price RMB 3.970080 million.
- The evaluation committee comprised five members using the comprehensive scoring method.
- The publicity period for the candidate notice is three days from the date of publication.
The track records submitted by both candidates show that demand for FGD wastewater ZLD drying systems continues to expand across the power sector, covering projects at TISCO, Inner Mongolia Energy Group's Zhunda power plant, Datang International Douhe power plant, Shaanmei Electric Power Xinyang, Datang Huayin Zhuzhou, Yuedian Dapu power plant, Guoneng Changyuan Hanchuan and Guoneng Changyuan Jingzhou. The cited routes span bypass flue gas evaporation, low-temperature waste-heat flash concentration and end-of-pipe wastewater treatment.
The drying system is the terminal unit of the FGD wastewater ZLD process chain. It takes the high-salinity concentrate produced by upstream membrane or thermal concentration and solidifies it into salts that can be disposed of or reused — the decisive step for whether a ZLD system truly achieves zero discharge. Tendering the drying system separately as a complete equipment package reflects a shift in coal-fired power plant ZLD retrofits from whole-plant EPC contracting toward segmented procurement of core unit equipment.
