Reclaimed-water reuse is a central instrument for easing water-supply pressure on cities and industrial parks and for enforcing binding water-resource constraints. Delivering the Yibin project through an EPC turnkey contract integrates design, procurement and construction, which helps compress the delivery schedule and fix clear accountability for quality. Once completed, the project will add a stable new source of reclaimed water for the Yibin area of Luoyang, serving industrial, municipal and ecological water-supplement uses.
