Wonder Environmental Wins Luxi Mining High-Salinity Brine Treatment O and M Contract Worth About RMB 150 Million

Nanjing Wonder Environmental Technology announced it has won the bid for the high-salinity brine treatment operation and maintenance service project at Luxi Mining's Guotun and Lilou coal mines, at a unit price of RMB 4.42 per cubic metre. The term is three years and the estimated contract value is about RMB 150 million, covering the entire pretreatment, membrane, evaporation and crystallisation chain.
Nanjing Wonder Environmental Technology has published a voluntary disclosure announcing receipt of a bid-winning notice from Shandong Energy Tendering Co., Ltd. for the high-salinity brine treatment system operation and maintenance service project at Luxi Mining's Guotun and Lilou coal mines. Based on projected actual treatment volumes, the estimated contract value is about RMB 150 million.
Key parameters: comprehensive unit operating price of RMB 4.42 per cubic metre; a planned operating term of three years effective from formal contract signing, executed on a one-year renewable basis. The operating fee is settled against unit price, actual treated volume and performance assessment results, with excess electricity charged at RMB 1.5 per kWh on the excess volume.
The two sites are located south of the industrial plaza of Guotun Coal Mine in Guotun Town, Yuncheng County, Heze City, Shandong Province, and inside the Lilou Coal Industry industrial plaza in Pandu Town, Yuncheng County. Services span operation, management, maintenance and repair of both brine treatment systems and all associated equipment, sludge and salt product disposal, membrane module replacement and special equipment inspection.
The scope covers pipe trenches, tanks, basins, high-density sedimentation tanks, V-type filters, pretreatment, CDRO and CDNF membrane systems, destabilisation, sludge filter pressing, brine transfer, chemical cleaning, product water distribution, dosing, chemical storage, evaporation and crystallisation, utilities, high and low voltage power supply and distribution, centralised control, fire protection, video monitoring, pipelines and the final wastewater outfall.
The tendering party is state-controlled Shandong Energy Group Luxi Mining. The project uses centralised tendering with separate signing; Wonder will sign contracts with Guotun Coal Mine under Linyi Mining Group Heze Coal and Power, and with Shandong Lilou Coal Industry. The company notes that only the bid-winning notice has been received and no formal contract has yet been signed.
