Its predecessor can be traced back to the Yixing Niujia No. 6 Chemical Plant founded in 1985, and the company was reorganized in 2004; it is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of decolorizing agents and flocculants, as well as the sale of water treatment chemicals; more than 50% of its products are exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, and Central and South America; its subsidiary is Shandong Qingtai New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (with an annual production capacity of over 150,000 tons). [Note] Jierte Chemicals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is its East China sales subsidiary and is not an independent production entity.
