- Memthane® from Veolia's Biothane technology center is an anaerobic membrane bioreactor (AnMBR), combining Biothane anaerobic biological treatment with Pentair X-Flow UF membrane separation; the external membrane unit separates clean permeate from biomass, with COD removal rate >98% and methane-rich biogas production, suitable for high-concentration wastewater such as distillery stillage, whey, and grease/oil wastewater.
